AGM & MEMBERS AWARDS
The NCDA Members Event and AGM will take place at the Novotel Leicester on Saturday 4th February 2023.
All member firms will be offered TWO FREE places for the lunch, formalities and dinner with additional guests paying just £30 per person.
Agenda
- 1200hrs - Arrive at the hotel for registration
- 1230hrs - Enjoy a light lunch in a relaxed environment. Meet NCDA Partners and fellow members.
- 1330hrs - A business session will take place to include:
AGM formalities
A review of the accounts
Plans for the coming year
Awards NEW CATEGORIES!!!
- 1630hrs - Business session to end and you are free to leave, or stay and enjoy some time in the hotel bar or shopping in the town centre.
- 1900hrs - Dinner and Awards. The evening will start with a drinks reception, followed by a 3 course dinner with drinks. A great opportunity to have informal conversations with fellow members and the committee and enjoy each other’s company.
Stay overnight at the hotel at your own expense or head home. Hotel reservations can be made directly with the hotel. Please ensure you quote NCDA event when booking.
NCDA MEMBER AWARDS
The NCDA Member awards will return to the 2023 AGM and Members Event - the committee would encourage all members to get involved and place a vote.
- Members Member - this is your association so vote for the member who supports you, offers advice and is always happy to help.
- New Member – this will include any member who joined the Association since the last awards (2020/2021 & 2022)
- Outstanding Contribution – do you have a member of staff who always goes the extra mile, takes time to consider others, does charitable work or maybe a committee member who answers your questions. This award is open to anyone and everyone!

EVERYONE PLACING A VOTE BEFORE 31 DECEMBER 2022 WILL BE ENTERED INTO A DRAW TO WIN FREE CHAMPAGNE AT THE AWARDS DINNER.
MEMBERS SURVEY
As the committee try to support member firms it is imperative that data held is accurate and relevant. NCDA Committee members will be making calls to member firms over the next few weeks to assist.

Quest are planning a series of expert-led webinars, delivered by one of their senior people, that are exclusively available for members to book.
The first one is on Cost Of Living, which sadly is one of the hottest topics at the moment, to be held on Tuesday 6th December at 1400hrs.

CheckedSafe from Fleetmaxx Solutions is a simple and effective digital compliance solution. The App allows drivers to carry out 20-minute daily vehicle checks and inspections on smartphones or tablets. Drivers can also add detailed notes and take pictures regarding faults or defects and their actions to correct them. Once the check is complete, the report is sent and viewable on the Checkedsafe CMS
