AGM & MEMBERS EVENT REVIEW
Nearly half of the member firms attended the recent AGM & members event in Bristol, and we’ve received great feedback so far.
It proved to be a great location for the event and socialising in the evening afterwards.
Those present got to talk to some of our partners and fellow members before the formalities of the AGM, the awards and some thought-provoking presentations. As is tradition, the committee were joined in the bar by members, their partners and business partners. It was then time to relax and do some networking, prior to dinner.
Dinner was a fun and lively affair at a Brazilian restaurant, where no one left hungry! Musical entertainment was provided by Nick at The Courier Company Nationwide - with a promise of a return of Elvis for 1 night only next year 😊
It was great to see faces new and old and we are already working on the next event in 2025. It would be great to see even more members and partners at the next one!

IAN CARTER
THE COURIER COMPANY NATIONWIDE
Ian Carter is the Business Director at THE Courier Company Nationwide. A relative newcomer to the industry, Ian has 25+ years experience in the global pharmaceutical industry in IT, project and program management.
At TCCN he will be instrumental in moving the company forward as we begin our expansion campaign. He will also head up our ISO and play a key role in making sure procedures are in place for our 5-year growth plan.
SAMUEL MILNE
EAGLE COURIERS LTD
Samuel joined the Eagle Team 9 years ago as a young school leaver. His first management role was in 2018, managing the THS Couriers acquisition & further developing the baggage repatriation division, and played an integral role in the Groundcare Solutions takeover. Samuel alongside Fiona have now launched Eagle Aviation and Eagle Bags. He now has an overall management role for the operational and financial performance of the businesses within the Group. Outside of work, Samuel is often found anywhere with his friends and live music!
