Silvertown Tunnel, London
Opened 7 April 2025
With regards to enforcement of the London Lorry Control Scheme (LLCS), the Silvertown Tunnel and associated link roads to the tunnel, that fall within the London Boroughs of Newham and Greenwich will form part of the Excluded Route Network (ERN).
Hauliers are advised that a permission is not required to use the tunnel. However, attention should always be given to all routing prior to embarking on any journey, to ensure your drivers remain compliant with the rules of the scheme.
The LLCS Traffic Management Order (TMO) will be amended accordingly, with some other minor changes. A Notice of Proposal will be issued shortly.
