AGM & MEMBERS EVENT 2024

The NCDA Members Event and AGM has been confirmed and will take place at the Doubletree Hilton,  Bristol on Saturday 10th February 2024. 

All member firms will be offered TWO FREE places for the lunch, formalities and dinner, whilst additional guests will pay just £40 plus VAT.

PROVISIONAL AGENDA 

Saturday 10th February 2024

1200hrs - Onwards arrival at the hotel for registration.  Car parking is located on site with EV charging points just a few minutes walk away.

1230hrs - A light lunch will be available for all guests, this will give you chance to meet fellow members in a relaxed environment, and network with NCDA partners and committee members.

1330hrs -  A business session will take place to include:

• AGM formalities
• A review of the accounts
• Plans for the coming year
• Awards 

1630hrs - Once the business session ends you are free to leave/enjoy some free time in Bristol/visit the shops or meet your fellow members in the bar

1930hrs - We will leave the hotel and take a short walk to our dinner venue. A great opportunity to have informal conversations with fellow members, the committee and enjoy each other’s company.

Our evening will see us enjoy a rodizio style dinner at Casa Brasil, with unlimited tapas dishes, meat, fish and grilled vegetables. 

After dinner you are free to make your way back to the hotel or continue enjoying the nightlife until the early hours.

1200hrs - Please check out and settle your incidentals.
